Thanks you for the feedback - we are so sorry the new part for the washing machine did not arrive in time to be fixed during your stay, The pool cues have new tips on now and the storage box has been cleared out of the bits and the toys other guests have left, we leave that for boots in case it rains!! The main children's toy boxes are in the games room. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and Lavender Barn - we hope you enjoyed the local area as well. Very Best wishes Kate
