This is the 'cheaper' version of the Merlots, I did get a mouthful on siphoning, it seemed to be more fruity/pleasant than the more expensive 'reserve' version. I would recommend going for this one...

Bottled it today. Obviously we suffer a small sip during siphoning. Not a 'white wine man' myself, in fact I actually avoid it, esp the German types. I was shocked how nice it tasted. Can't wait for...

These wine kits are so very easy to use, and, once the flavour has time to develop, the result is fantastic! This is my second purchase now.

So easy to use, I now have two, but wish I had bought them years ago!

Always use as my base malt, great, and supporting a proper traditional Maltings is vital to keep the traditions of old English brewing alive.
