Good wine easy to ferment takes a little longer than stated IE 7 day can be as much as 9-10 days, but worth the extra day or two.

Been using this for some time now and find it very reliable have just started using less water than recommended and it has more body but obviously you get less yeald but in the end it's still better...

Good though often takes more than the 7 days. When fermented it tastes good. I then transfer to 5 gallon barrel and then take a jug full everyday.
