button cuff is too big
I don't like the button cuff, the elastic cuff fits much better, this new cuff is way too big, otherwise the service was excellent

I ordered and received my night gown within a few days of odering. The site said that the gowns run largeso, I ordered a small and it fits very well.

Your agent was extremely rude. Your item ran too small, not a size big. FedEx charged me for their shipping envelop!

Lovely flannel nightgown
Great friendly customer service received. I have many nightgowns from Lanz of Salzburg. The fabric of my most recent purchase is a bit on the light side but still a lovely nightgown.
