Delivery took far too long-! Thought I'd even forgotten! Difficult to see from website what my pack actually contained but now I've got them they are great

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had to wait a while! Because our products are personalised and made to order, they do take a bit longer to produce. We advise up to two weeks of production time for the product you ordered. August is also our busiest time, which might have had an impact on your particular order.

Turn around could be quicker but having bought for years I know I need to allow a few wks before back to school to be sure to get them on time. Packaging always good without being ridiculously big so...
