Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about using Kiwi House Sitters. I'm very sorry that your house sitter cancelled your agreement during the house sit and while you were overseas. As Kiwi House Sitters acts as a meeting place for owners and sitters to find each other we don't take part in the actual agreement itself and therefore aren't able to find you a replacement sitter. However, we can offer you assistance to advertise your house sit on our platform and we do take any issues raised seriously. We are currently in contact with you about this in relation to following this up with the house sitter directly. We certainly want to ensure that all our house sitters are acting respectfully and honouring any commitments made.
