What Trusted Customer said about Kitchen Knives:

Good, but knife tips were bent.

Quality item and well packaged. However, the tips of 2 knives were bent and one was snapped off. All three no longer have points on the blades, however they are still good quality knives.

What Trusted Customer said about Kitchen Knives:

Free gift missing - delivery good.

Between a competitor and here, I chose here based on the fact that the free gift (a knife sharpener) was a very welcome addition. It didn't come, and my contact about the lack of it was ignored. ...

Am sorry to hear we didn't deliver the free sharpener, I hope this has now been resolved for you. With regard to the steak knives I am sorry these didn't meet your expectations.
