Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your kitchen purchase. We very much appreciate the positive ratings you provided for the quality of our kitchens but we are sorry and very surprised to hear that you are missing a door from one of your units from the two kitchens that you purchased from us. We have looked into this issue immediately following you notifying us and discovered the following: Prior to delivery of your two kitchens all units were quality control checked and of the 31 door and drawer fronts there was one door that had two small chips on it that we would not release. We explained that this door would be sent directly to you by carrier from the door manufacturer so that the rest of the kitchen delivery would not be held up for the sake of a replacement door. Unfortunately because this was being delivered directly to you until you contacted us we did not know that you had never received it. It now transpires that the carrier had in fact lost the package. We have arranged for a 2nd replacement to be sent to you and that will be with you tomorrow. Again thank you for the positive comments on the quality of our kitchens and many apologies for the inconvenience caused regarding the missing door. Kindest Regards. Kitchen Collection
