I rang the helpline and 50mins later I had had a new lock fitted, spare keys provided and paid my bill! No hassle. Great service and quality job done!!

I used Keytek because they said they usually respond within 30 minutes. But they actually took 1 hour 30 minutes and I had to chase after 45 minutes to be told by the locksmith that he'd never...
