Excellent service. Goods were despatched and received ahead of expected delivery date. Great price too. Disappointed with the courier company though. Left the package out in the pouring rain...
I bought a guitar on sale with a quality padded case. When I arrived I expected the guitar to be tuned and in the case all ready to go but they were separate and the guitar was still in its box....
I have not yet received the item,expected it within a week could you tell me when I can expect delivery?

Thank you for your quick response and now understand why my product has not been delivered but I should point out that your website regarding this product is misleading as when I ordered the item it said you had 4 available (it currently states that you have 2 available). Could you give me some idea when I can expect delivery. Thanks again for your quick response.

No problem - it says Pre-Order - 2 Available at the moment as we have 2 left available to pre-order out of the stock we have coming in. We are expecting it to arrive in January, unfortunately the supplier is unable to give us more accurate information at the moment.
