Thanks for the feedback. We feel the same as you and as we expand our production all our plastic wood products will have a grain effect. These samples were outsourced as we hadn't got them in stock from our own manufacture at the time.

If you have a bench with several seat slats you might try adding a support underneath that connects all the seat slats together as is often the practice with wood, and this should reduce flexing considerably. Thank you John. You are right. We generally use 100 x 40 for the seats of a bench and 100 x 30 for table tops. Great feedback Mark. Thank you. I guess we are human so don't get it right every time but we definitely try to. Cutting plastic lumber is much the same as cutting wood, and you can even use a sharp hand saw if power tools are not available. Tip: Top avoid melt back from friction put a little WD40 on the blade or drill bit.
