We cannot find any e mails from your e mail address so will call you to discuss your query.
Directed me to the correct department to order chairs, then I received a fuil explanation as to how to order

I have tried to call you to discuss your comments but have been unable to get an answer .
Hopefully this information will answer your questions , the order was placed on Thursday 1st Sept at 7.55pm and delivery was Monday 5th September at 10.28am .
