your order was processed and despatched the same day. You telephoned early in the morning to change the delivery address at which point we confirmed to you that we had located a roll with Graham & Brown direct and that the order would be despatched that day direct from Graham & Brown. You telephoned again at 3.45pm to advise that you had found a roll elsewhere and would like to cancel your order. Unfortunately, your order had already been despatched and you were advised that you could return the roll if rquired. We have not heard anything further until your feedback where you have advised that you refused delivery. As this was delivered direct through Graham & Browns courier, obviously we have not been made aware of this. We will of course look into this, locate the returned roll and refund accordingly.
