The individual packs are designed to be posted through a letter box, but because 4 items were ordered they were put into one box, this is good for saving delivery costs however the box would not go...

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately we can't GUARANTEE that our parcels will go through your letterbox as they vary in size so much, but we do try to make it possible for as many people as we can. We do clearly state the maximum dimension of the parcels we use on the website, and there is a facility for you to leave a message for the postman on your parcel in case you can have the parcel left with a neighbour. Thanks again.
