Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I was led to believe my order would be delivered through my letter box. However as my 3 pouches were sent in a too large cardboard box 25 x 35cm it was not and I had an inconvenient trip to pick it...

Sorry for the inconvenience caused - we do understand how frustrating it is when you have to visit the sorting office to collect your goods. We don't guarantee that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to where we can. We clearly display the maximum parcel size that we will send on each product page (250mm wide, 35mm high), so in future if you know that your letterbox won't take this sized parcel then you can leave a note on your order to ask your postman to leave the item with a neighbour. We don't actually guarantee that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to where we can. We clearly display the maximum parcel size that we will send on each product page (250mm wide, 35mm high), so in future if you know that your letterbox won't take this sized parcel then you can leave a note on your order to ask your postman to leave the item with a neighbour, or somewhere convenient.
