Sorry for the inconvenience caused - we do understand how frustrating it is when you have to arrange redelivery. We don't *guarantee* that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to get them through where we can. We clearly display the maximum parcel size that we will send on each product page (250mm wide, 35mm high), so in future if you know that your letterbox won't take this sized parcel then you can leave a note on your order to ask your postman to leave the item with a neighbour, or somewhere safe. Glad to hear you like the product range - we do aim to make products vegetarian where possible (and practical). And yes, Iron tablets can be excellent!
