How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

You advertise as letterbox friendly? Mine were too big for the letterbox and had to be picked up from my Royal Mail sorting office 7 miles away, something I was trying to avoid...........

Sorry for the inconvenience caused - we do understand how frustrating it is when you have to visit the sorting office to collect your goods. We don't *guarantee* that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to where we can. We do display the maximum parcel size that we will send on each product page (250mm wide, 35mm high), and are going to take steps over the coming weeks to make it even clearer. In future, if you know that your letterbox won't take our largest parcel-size, then you can leave a note on your order to ask your postman to leave the item with a neighbour.
