via our Free standard delivery option which you selected. Standard delivery usually takes 3 - 5 days, which given there was a Bank Holiday weekend in there may have meant that your goods hadn't arrived by 28th. We do offer paid-for Express and Next-Day delivery services which you could select in future if you need your goods more quickly.
