I find the service easy to follow and helpful. Also staff were very helpful on the telephone when I called with queries or request for an extra service.

Whilst as an online travel agency, most reservations are made on our website, we do recognise that often customers may have queries and our customer services team are available to help between 9.00 - 5.30, Monday - Friday.
