Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you feel communication was poor. I would though like to point out that you during the process you requested that we either call or email you. Due to your quick email responses from you we took it that this was your preferred means of communication. I would also like to point out that from you sending your paperwork back in to your mortgage completing was only 4 weeks which is amazing considering this was at the height of the pandemic.
