We're sorry to hear that the view from your cabin affected your overall experience. During the stay in Venice, the vessel may change mooring locations, and the exact position is determined by the Venice port authorities. Cabins on the lower deck can sometimes be moored close to the quayside and we understand how this can be disappointing.
