feeder 20 the driver seemed to think we carried our suitcase to our own house/flat had to stress he did that but he still only took it so far have you stopped taking them to front door?

Some of the visits were too ambitious considering the age & disability of some of the clients. Also the group was too large. Should only be a maximum of 2 coaches— 3 is too many people.
