Thank you for sending your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disppointed to see that out customer service was slow and not up to our normal standards. I have taken this up with the head of customer service, firstly to see why it took so long for your enmail to be respoonded to, and also why it took so long to send a returns slip. We try to answer all queries and problems within 24-48 hrs, so apologise for this. Again thanks for raising this issue. Kind regards Tony Brown

Thank you for sending us your coments re your extremely poor customer service. Firstly I would just like to apologise for the terrible service you had with this order. If we say we are going to check an order before it goes out it should be checked.I am taking this matter up with the call centre manager and the staff you dealt with as we can not afford to loose customers through sloppy, lazy customer service. We pride ourselves here on our customer service and this really goes against the grain, so thanks for letting us know about this. I have checked with Q. C re the sizing of the tops, and apparently there was an issue with this item which should be sorted by now. Again thanks for your comments. Have a great summer. Kind regards Tony Brown
