Firstly please accept our sincere apologies regarding your latest order. After locating your account I can see that that the issues you have raised have still not been resolved as the jeans were refunded rather than exchanged. I have today spoke to your Partner, and I look forward to hearing from you soon so that I can resolve any problems that are still outstanding. I can assure you that this will be done in the quickest way possible, and I can only once again apologise for the amount of time this has gone on for I find it totally unacceptable.
