In response to your comments, we are sorry to hear that you were left disappointed with the delivery time on you order.
Although delivery can take up to seven working days, a very high percentage of the parcels that we despatch via our chosen courier firm arrive within only 48 hours or less once they have been despatched and so we trust that you will receive your goods shortly.
Should you ever require goods urgently in the future, you can place your order via our call centre and take advantage of our express delivery service. Whilst this isn't yet a service that we’re able to offer customers when an order is submitted online, we're happy to arrange for goods to be sent via an express delivery service where goods are required urgently. This service does incur a surcharge of £5.00, although delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours once the parcel has been despatched. To take advantage of this service you simply need to call us and submit your order over the telephone instead of via the website.
