Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you place with Joe Browns. I am sorry to hear the the tee print disintergrated on its first wash. We sell products that should be fir for purpose, this clearly was not. In cases like this we always like to get the product back, so that we can then take the matter up with our supplier, and either refund you or exchange the item. We have also now altered the wash instructions and care label, which will prevent this occuring again.So thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. As a thank you and the fact that we can not refund the item I am sending you some vouchers, which I hope you will use and will receive our normal level of product and service. I was very disappointed to read your comments about the quality of the pants and that frayed and were of poor quality. I have taken your comments through to Q.C and the buying team, and are now taking the matter up with the supplier, as all products we sell should be fit for purpose, these clearly were not. I wish you had returned these and we would either have refunded or exchanged so sorry for this. As a gesture of good will I am sending you some vouchers, so please use these and I hope your next experience is better and that the product performs to expectations. Have a great summer.
