Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We are pleased that you normally are happy with our service and products. We were disappointed to see that you were not happy with this dress, and we can see why when the write up and image does not show exactly what the dress is like.For future seasons we are now lookimg more closely at the products and descriptions and incedences like this should be few and far between. We were pleased that you like the styles we offer , but were disappointed to see that you think some items were over priced and that the fabrics were poor. I have passed the comments on price and quality of fabrics to the buying office, as all comments like this help us to try and select products and price items that our customers are happy with. We were very pleased to see that you like the style of Joe Browns, but disappointed to see that the stitching on the hem was loose after only wearing a few times.All items that we sell should be perfect, so if this is not please return and we will refund or replace as no item should do this. We were very sorry to see that the jacket had to be replaced three times as this is just not acceptable and the way we normaly expect our jacket qualities to be. I have now taken this matter up with the Q.C department and are taking the matter up with the supplier of this jacket.
