Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Don't like that you charge for delivery though and even less that you charge for returns makes you keep something you may have returned because you lose out. This would stop me purchasing more stuff as some things you need to try on.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. We are glad you like the casual look, but disappointed to see that we charge for delivery and returns. We unfortunately charge for returns, and where companies do not charge, they have built the cost of returns into the selling oprice of the item. We chose not to do this as it would raise the costs of our products and we deemed that to be fair to all of our customers.
