Thank you for sending us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. It was great to see that our service was excellent, but disappointing to see that the jeans are not as good as we have supplied before. I have passed this comment on to the jean buyer and am checking to see if we are using lighter fabrics or what the reason is for the difference in quality.
