Selection of goods available is of a range not readily available in high street stores, so allows a little bit of independence. Service is good with goods despatched and recieved within 2 or 3 days of order. Sizes also seem small. Having toorder XL shirts when I would normally have plenty room in a L. Same with other members of my family.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. We are pleased that you like the style of Joe Browns, but were disappointed to see that the garment did not perform top your expectations after washing.I have mentioned this to the Q.C department, who agree that this should not be the case after so few a washes. If you are not happy with the garment please return it and we will either exchange or refund. Again sotrry for this.Have a great Summer. Kind regards Tony Brown
