Thank you for sending us your comments re the poor customer service you experienced and the poor quality of the products you placed with Joe Browns. Where the snaps fell off after 1 wash would suggest to me that the item was faulty, I have taken this up with QC to check in to the stock here. I apologise for the fact that you were not sent the email for the back ordered item, as with all technology problems do occur, normally an automatic email is sent to inform you of delays. Thank you for your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed that you were not happy with the length of time we take to deliver orders compared to our competitiors . It is an area if the business we always want to improve on, our normal carrier is Hermes, who deliver 95.9 % of parcels within 3 days. Aslo we are looking at the next day delivery costs.
