Thank you for sending us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns and we were disappointed to see that you were not happpy with the service or the jacket quality. Once the items leave our warehouse we are very much in the hands of the delivery company Hermes, which this time failed miserably, for this we apologise, i have taken this up with them, as we can not afford to loose customers due to their couriers performance. I will send you a pre paid slip to return the jacket as way of apologising for the poor service you have received. Also I would like to thank you for all the orders you have placed in the past. I love the clothes in Joe Browns - I like to be individual and stand out from the crowd, and Joe Browns helps me to do just that! The clothes are most definitely not the high street rubbish everyone else is wearing - style is most important and your selection is great - I could spend a fortune each time I receive another catalogue were it not for my bank manager !! The quality is also outstanding and sizes are a good fit.
