I am therefore sorry to see that the fried Frog Surf Hoody has disappointed you in terms of the quality and the fit. Your comments have been passed onto our QC Department as for the stitching to be falling apart simply does not meet our high quality standards.
In regards to our returns policy, we are more than happy to cover the costs of a return if a mistake has been made on our behalf. However, in asking our customers to cover the costs in returning items that aren’t suitable, it means we can keep the prices at a competitively low price without having to jeopardise the quality. As we continue to grow as a company, a free returns service is something we will look into.
