Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry for how the original two orders arrived with you damaged. I have passed your comments on to the warehouse manager who is going to look in to packaging the frames more suitably. We do not expect our customers to cover the cost of returning damaged goods back to us, and I will therefore call you shortly to arrange a postage refund. Kind regards, Zoe Roberts.
