Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Friendly contact at Jetline, but promises not met

Paid for pick up and return from airport.No one came. Paid extra for clear view from ship balcony. Unnecessary as all balcony’s have clear view. Hotel pretty bad

Hi Kallum Not sure if you are able to see my “formal complaint booking 20314648/1” It gives a lot more detail than I put on the review. I had stated that the whole experience put paid to what was to be a celebratory golden wedding anniversary trip.
