All of the information you required was on your confirmation. The £20.00 was due to an upgrade from coach transfer to private taxi that you requested. We are sorry that the prebooked assistance was not provided, should you wish to discuss anything further please do not hesitate to contact us directly. The whole holiday was a resounding success all went to plan.
perhaps the Photographic ID needs to be advertised more widely as although it is in small writing I think it needs to be Highlighted.
