Lovely hotel friendly staff and clean good location

Excellent hotel and flight.

Good service but food portions were too big. Some people left food which was wasted. One of us only had a starter and pudding (no main course) as that was enough.

Hotel was fine, but oh so many steps! We are getting on in years, and climbing up and down steps all the time made it hard work. Food was dull, unimaginative and badly cooked. Luckily, we have family...

Location, staff and catering were excellent, as was the room and cleanliness. We previously stayed at a sister hotel in St Aubin which was equally as good.

Fantastic hotel, excellent service facilities, restaurant,bar and staff

A wonderful hotel, ideally placed in the middle of St Helier. The room was luxurious and there were good facilities e.g. a cafe bar (which was excellent) as well as a beautiful restaurant.
