Regarding your comments on the airline seat charges. I have checked your booking and I can see you booked EasyJet flights, for future reference please note you do not have to pay for seats if you do not wish to, just skip through the seat selection pages and once you check in they get automatically allocated to you. We look forward to welcoming you back to Jersey on a future trip!

Thank you very much for your feedback, I have contacted the hotel regarding your comments and they explained to me that by mistake they originally had you booked on a B&B basis rather than HB as we had booked for you. The hotel extends its apologies for any confusion caused whilst their reception team tried to rectify this and for any miss-communication across to the restaurant staff.
