I am sorry to hear that you had a problem on check in at your Hotel, it would appear that we were not made aware of this at the time. Communication, both via telephone and email was good with bookings prompty confirmed.
Not bad, some mistakes were made with the booking, wrong ferry route on return1, forgot to book both names on the ferry, booked a spa session that was impossible to make due to the arrival time, but...
very efficent and helpful. I had a query about our travel insurance and received a response via email within hours, and new documents via the post in days! Brilliant!!
