Thank you for your comments with regard to your stay in Jersey. The Hotel is at the budget end of our range which is reflected in the pricing but we believe it represents good value for money compared with other 2 sun Hotels especially in the peak season.
Might we suggest that if you should wish to travel to Jersey again that we can offer some of our Hotels in the 3 or 4 star range which might be more to your liking.Our records show that a confirmation e-mail was also sent as a follow up from our telephone call, many apologies if this was not received.
