As per my previous comverstion with you while you where in resort I would like to reiterate my apologies that we were unable to rectify the problems with the lack of the "Kids Club" I have also forwarded your commnents to the Hotel with regard to the cleanliness of the pool area, and the standard of food and await their comments.
