Thank you for you feedback with regard to your disappointment regarding the situation of the Grand Hotel. The reservation assistant that made your booking would have advised you that a 10 minute walk into the centre of town would have been necessary although it would appear that the route that you chose to take may not have been the best.As your request was for a 4 star Hotel this was deemed to be the most suitable for your needs , the alternative Hotels are either further out of the town centre or inclined to be very noisy being situated in the main club and pubs area of town. I am sorry to hear that the situation was not up to expectations but trust that overall your stay in Jersey was a pleasant one.
