We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay in Jersey.As you made your reservation online the choice and location of the Hotel was your personal selection, the Hotels that were shown were situated in the town of St Helier and not one of the country parishes. As with most holiday destinations there is a fairly large proportion of seasonal workers from outside of the Island who are essential to meet our needs during the busy holiday season. If you should wish to return to Jersey in the future might I suggest that you contact our local reservation team who will be able to guide you into finding the perfect location for your holiday requirements.
