Firstly, we are happy that JerseyTravel was able to help you, our reservations team always does its best to make clients happy :) Secondly, the reason why our services are slightly higher than booking direct is that we have more than one back-up plan if difficulties arise. We feel relief that eventually you had a nice holiday :)

Really excellent service, I had to contact them twice after booking and on both occasions the staff I spoke with were excellent. I would strongly recommend them to anyone travelling to the Channel...

Efficient and easy booking on line. Accurate description of hotel. Return journey to hotel was£10 each way, transfers offered were extremely overpriced.

Jersey Travel did an excellent job in arranging our short vacation to Jersey. Flights, hotel and food very good. Hotelier made us very welcome.

They did exactly what we asked. We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel, which was good. Some of the hotel staff were terrific.
