Process straightforward, site reasonably user friendly
Easy to find a hotel and a fairly clear display of a range of prices to help us choose. However, we did have a "problem" with one particular hotel (Merton) that kept "popping up" as we searched...
Efficient, friendly staff. Liked the suggestions of where to go, where to eat, etc., on back of the confirmation letter. Everything went according to plan.
