Thank you for your feedback. The layout of hotels in Jersey generally is a bit odd due to buildings are old and, sometimes, hoteliers are not allowed to change it.

Unfortunately as an operator we are subject to contracts with hotels and airlines that mean last minute changes are not always possible, and this should have been more thoroughly explained at the time of your call. Good servicer but it was notable clear that transfer between airport and hotel was not included
