I have not received my parcel! It was supposedly delivered yesterday 23/4/20 by Hermes. It never was. Have emailed JD Sports, unable to talk to anyone, awaiting a reply to my email. Not good service.
By not using Hermes as their courier - always have issues with them. I still have not received my goods. I know these are exceptional times but have had no updated from Hermes other than 'we have...
If deliveries are delayed this needs to be made clear on the website before ordering.
