I have only received the shorts in my order and I have complained but had no response whatsoever

I waited 3 and a half weeks for my delivery after spending a lot of money. My partner ordered 1 item to the same address and he got his within 4 days.

I thought I was buying bottom and top for £25 ,only got bottom s make it clear on pictures what the prise of item is ie pume bottoms £25, ect
