Appreciate getting the refund. In fairness the timing was bad. I was trying really hard to contact JD and the courier company, and I wasn't getting much response from anyone. Meanwhile, I received a request to review my experience while I was in this limbo, so I did.
I have updated the rating based on receiving the refund. And apologies for the overly harsh review during a pandemic.

Still have not got my order , a month after I ordered it and it is now stuck with Hermes who have delayed it for a week and have reached out to both Hermes and JD with both not responding.
