Incorrect item sent - wrong colour. Additional hassle of then having to return by post at this time when PO queues are so long etc

Hi Sonia,
I emailed like you said, I was told I would get a response within 48 hours it’s now been FOUR DAYS and I haven’t heard from anyone.
I’ve filled in an online form, I’ve messaged on Instagram, I’ve emailed the address you gave me. No one is coming back to me. My order is over a week delayed and Hermes can’t help me.
Please can someone get in contact with me so I can have an actual conversation. I don’t want an email with no information and then no response. I would like them delivered next day delivery or a refund.
This service is not acceptable.
I order the sweat top which arrived and I'm still waiting for the shorts to arrive.
